Grabbed Philip and off we went to Lake Arrowhead! Parked at a coffee shop on the<\/span><\/h3>\n

day headed to the San Fernando Valley!<\/span><\/h3>\n

Picked up Whitey\u2019s small-time grifter friend Don on the way to the Dodgers-Giants game,<\/span><\/h3>\n

but they wouldn\u2019t let us in because we were too late, and they were sold out because of<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Sandy \u201cno hit\u201d Koufax.<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Whitey and Don constantly bickering about stuff with Whitey mostly <\/span>acquiescing<\/em><\/em>. Apparently,<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Don was whitey\u2019s best friend, and a good contact for various grifter schemes. So, whitey<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

coped with his superior attitude.<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Went to a drive-in movie (\u201cThe longest Day,\u201d which was the longest movie). Kept checking<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

on the ball game with the car radio. Sandy Koufax just missed shutting out the Giants.<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

After the movie, we dropped off Don, and headed to <\/span>Hansen Dam,<\/span><\/h3>\n

where we camped out in the car that night.<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Heading back to Orange county the next day. Whitey was telling us (me and Philip) about<\/span><\/h3>\n

how a “queer” movie producer offered to send whitey to Paris, if he (Whitey) were to sodomize him.<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Immediately, Philip blurted:<\/span><\/h3>\n
